Open plan lounge with two sofas.  Additional single seated arm chair can be moved into the lounge area for tv/extra seating.   Adjustable storage heaters below each window. Television with Blu-ray dvd player (some films provided).

A Laser disc player is also provided.  This pre-dates dvd but was the first phase of digital media.  There is an extensive collection of discs/films provided to help those rainy days or lazy evenings pass.  Ranging from Disney through to modern day classics, all age ranges are covered.  Simply place the disc in the player and press play – you may have to fiddle around if you have the disc the wrong way up but it is fairly straight forward, even to the less technically minded.

The dining table seats 6, extending to 8 if you move out.
